Aid Stations: Water, Banana, and Orange will ONLY be provided at the transition area, and on the run course (so make sure you are self-sufficient for the bike course)

Sun Block
Trisuit (MUST comply with the Dress Code on pages 24-27 of Club Profile)
Socks
Bike (must be fitted with working back lights)
Helmet

Water Bottle filled and fitted to bike
2 Energy Gels or Bars
Towel
Running Shoes
Biking and Running attire should be Dress Code compliant especially that the Bike and Run Course are in public (we do not want to attract any unwanted attention)
Clean clothes to change into after the training event

Ticket Type and Price:

Individual Duathlon Registration: 150 SAR
Relay Duathlon Registration: 100-300 SAR i.e. 100 SAR per Team member (IMPORTANT NOTE: each team member is required to register online (indicating leg of the race completing, and team name)

Point System:

All athletes will achieve points upon finishing each Triathlon race in the Season ‘23’24 Schedule (total of 3 events)
Points will be given according to overall race placement by gender (Age Groups/Relay Categories not applied)

First Place 100 Points
Second Place 90 Points
Third Place 80 Points
Fourth Place 70 Points
Fifth Place 60 Points
Sixth Place 50 Points
Seventh Place 40 Points
Eighth Place 30 Points
Ninth Place 20 Points
Tenth Place 10 Points
Eleventh Place Onwards 5 Points

Missing a race will result in zero added points for that specific race.
The top 3 athletes with the most points at the end of the Season will be awarded Championship Prizes: 1,500 SAR, 1,250 SAR and 1000 SAR respectively.
In the event of a tie, JT may (at its sole discretion) apply additional bonus race points for fastest swim/bike/run legs as a form of a tie breaker.
