Venue: Jeddah Waves (Blue Limits), North Obhur
Race Distances: Sprint (800m Swim, 20km Cycle, 5km Run); Olympic (1.5km Swim, 40km Cycle, 10km Run); Fun Kids Run(s) 400 m, 800m, and 1200m
Aid Stations: Water, Banana, and Orange will ONLY be provided at the transition area, and on the run course (so make sure you are self-sufficient for the bike course)

Swimsuit/ Trisuit (MUST comply with the Dress Code on pages 24-27 of Club Profile)
Socks
Bike (must be fitted with working back lights)
Helmet
Sunglasses
Water Bottle filled and fitted to bike
2 Energy Gels or Bars
Towel
Running Shoes
Biking and Running attire should be Dress Code compliant especially that the Bike and Run Course are in public (we do not want to attract any unwanted attention)
Clean clothes to change into after the training event

Cycle on the far-right side of the road, and in the same direction of traffic
Bypass other cyclists on their left, and make a loud vocal indication “To your left,” “passing you”.. to avoid collision
Make sure your bike backlight is on and flickering
Run on the far-left side of the road, and opposite the direction of traffic
Stay well hydrated throughout the event
Keep your ID or a copy of it on you on the Bike and Run Course
Keep your phone on you for incidentals on the Bike and Run Course
Do Not listen to music on the course

Individual Triathlon Registration: 400 SAR
Relay Triathlon Registration: 600-900 SAR i.e. 300 SAR per Team member (IMPORTANT NOTE: each team member is required to register online (indicating leg of the race completing, and team name)
Fun Run Registration 150 SAR
